1 Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Stretch your arms up, then forwards and down towards your toes, keeping your back as flat as possible. Place your palms or fingertips on the floor in front of you (or on your ankles/shins), lift your head and hold for 10 seconds.

2 Plant your hands on the floor, walk your feet back into a plank position and hold for 10.
