Sourced from a vineyard on the west side of Canandaigua Lake, this wine offers bright, focused aromas of white flowers, lime peel and crushed stone. The light-bodied palate is mildly creamy in lemon curd and white-plum flavors that are shot through with bright, zesty acidity. A stony minerality pervades throughout and the finish carries along a savory blanched almond note. —A.P.
