Cleon – Rampart 36
The Rampart Boatbuilding Company was established just after World War I beginning with skiffs and dinghies progressing to becoming famous for their range of wooden motor-yachts until the company’s demise in the early 1980s.
Aidan had surveyed Cleon some 12 months previously but advised another full survey because it’s impossible to know what may have happened to the vessel in the meantime.
Aidan began the survey while she was out of the water and on the hard at Sussex Yacht Club before she
