SEEING RED

As I am trying to plan my summer cruising across to the EU and into the inland waterways system I contacted the RYA legal department to see if we are still likely to face fines when we visit EU countries (particularly Belgium) for having Red Diesel in our tanks, irrespective of whether we exit the EU with or without a deal. Their response may help clarify the situation for other readers who are planning a trip across to an EU country this season.
