ak House is an example of the august tradition of alterations and additions to heritage houses. This adaptive re-use of a double-fronted Victorian house by Kennedy Nolan incorporates a re-working of the existing dwelling, a new pavilion forming a central courtyard, a garage and workshop building to the rear laneway, and a small pool.
