Ripped with utter tonal uncertainty from a thicket of recent headlines, Twitter hashtags and predatory sex scandals, the first three hourlong episodes of the Apple TV+ web series "The Morning Show" (streaming Friday) are pretty depressing. And not, I think, in the way the show's makers were after.
