Standard Wagon PRA by Kernow

ETCHED metal details and finely moulded platform guard rails and ladders composed of high technology plastics resistant to bending and breakage are just a few features of the brand new ‘OO’ gauge model of the PRA china clay wagon.

Produced by Kernow Model Rail Centre, it is a highly detailed model of a small fleet of china clay wagons built by Standard Wagon of Heywood, which had a relatively short working life and numbered a mere 14 in total. They were converted from vacuumed braked APCM-registered 35t pallet vans (PVV) originally used to carry bagged cement from Kent cement
