Of interest to flathead V8 owners running twin-carb manifolds is this new Navarro ‘Dog bone’ heat riser intake from H&H Flatheads in California. Designed to fit the 1938-’49 59A engines, these parts are cast in 356 aluminium and are a development of the Navarro intake that incorporates a heat crossover using exhaust gas to pre-heat the fuel prior to combustion.
