MATERIALS

• 2.3m (2 5/8yd) ivory tone-on-tone print fabric (background)

• 12 fat eighths of assorted pink print fabrics (flower petals and bud centres)

• Eight fat eighths or precut 10in squares of assorted yellow print fabrics (buds and flower centres)

• 10 fat eighths of assorted green print fabrics (all blocks)

• 60cm ( 3/4yd) dark green print fabric (border and binding)

• 3.2m (3 1/2yd) backing fabric

• Batting at least 175 x 155cm (70 x 61in)

• Rotary cutter, ruler and mat

• Sewing machine with 1/4in foot

• General sewing supplies

Finished size: 157.5 x 134.5cm (62 x 53in)

Finished flower block size: 71/2in square

Note: Read all the instructions before starting the project. Requirements are based on fabric 107cm (42in) wide. It is recommended that fabrics be 100% cotton, pre-washed and well ironed. Seam allowances of1/4in are used throughout. Instructions are provided in Homespun house style. The cutting instructions yield some surplus patches that are not used in this project.
