‘Goin’ on a bear hunt’
I’ve waffled on about the bike night at Acton Bridge on the A49 before. It’s a great meet-up place, and the weather is always lovely, ’onest.
Me and the boss wobbled along there to visit mates and look at bikes, lots of bikes... I love the diversity of the tackle there. First thing to grab me was a 65/66ish Yamaha 305 Big Bear twin with electric start. I remember using a similar scoot in about 1968, no reed-valves,
