STIR-FRIED GREENS, BAKED TOFU AND SESAME
“Baked tofu adds texture and protein to an easy stir-fry you’ll make again and again.”

Preparation: 20 minutes, plus 30 minutes’ draining time
Cooking: 30 minutes
For the baked tofu:
Woolworths firm tofu 1 x 297 g carton
peanut oil 1 T
soya sauce 1 T
cornflour 1 T peanut oil 2 T
garlic 1 clove, chopped
fresh ginger 1 x 2.5 cm piece, peeled and chopped
spring onions 3–4, finely chopped
Asian greens 400–500 g whole, split, chopped or shredded (any mix of pak choy, Tenderstem broccoli, mangetout, Chinese cabbage)
soya sauce 1 T, plus extra for serving
sesame oil 2 T, plus extra for serving
sesame seeds 2 T, toasted to taste for serving
