Tim Dallaway seems to have been around the classic scene for years. His father, John (number 64), usually aboard a 350 BSA, was a regular competitor when Tim was just a lad and his mother, Val, did her stint as secretary of Devon Classic, so it was inevitable that Tim would make an early start under his father’s watchful eye alongside his grandparents, who were important influences in the early days.
