    Niki Lauda 1949-2019

    Niki Lauda, the Formula 1 racing legend who survived a fiery, life-threatening high-speed crash to emerge a champion, died in late May. He was 70 years old.

    Lauda won the F1 drivers’ championship in 1975 and 1977 with Ferrari and again in 1984 with McLaren.
