To make the espresso, fill the base of a Moka pot with fresh water up to the water line. Spoon Woolies’ 100% Arabica Italian blend ground coffee into the coffee chamber and tapScrew on the top and place over a medium heat until the coffee filters through and starts to fill up. Using a small coffee plunger, add some warmed milk and pump for 15 seconds until frothy. Pour 1 part espresso into a cup, then pour over 2 parts foamy milk. Dust with sifted cocoa powder.
