Disney's 'Aladdin' headed for $100 million Memorial Day weekend box office

LOS ANGELES - Disney's highly anticipated live-action reimagining of "Aladdin" dominated the box office, with an $86.1 million weekend opening and a projected $105 million through the Memorial Day holiday, according to predictions from measurement firm Comscore.

Internationally, the film earned $121 million for a global cumulative of $207.1 million, excluding the U.S.'s Monday projections. $15 million in global receipts
