Golden Door

Brown Rice Porridge with Zesty Lime & Coconut

Recipe / Golden Door

Serves: 4

3 cups cooked brown rice
2 tbsp maple syrup
Zest ½ lime
3 Medjool dates, pitted (optional)
1½ cups coconut water
¼ cup coconut milk
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
125g fresh berries or 2 bananas, sliced, to serve

Place all porridge ingredients in food processor and process until well combined. Transfer to saucepan and gently heat over low-medium heat.

Serve with fresh berries or sliced banana.
