4 die after at least 17 overdoses from Chicago heroin, police say

CHICAGO - Chicago police and the Drug Enforcement Administration were working together Wednesday to investigate a rash of at least 17 overdoses - including four deaths - from what's believed to be a mixture of heroin and fentanyl distributed recently on the city's West Side, authorities said.
