CHICAGO - At the urging of a politically connected lawyer, State's Attorney Kimberly Foxx asked Chicago police Superintendent Eddie Johnson to turn over the investigation of Jussie Smollett's reported attack to the FBI, according to communications provided to the Chicago Tribune.
