Van Dyke attorneys object to prosecutors' challenge of 81-month prison sentence

CHICAGO - Prosecutors have no clear right to challenge Jason Van Dyke's 81-month prison term, and the legal reasoning behind his sentence is consistent with state law, the former Chicago police officer's attorneys argued Monday.
