Bachmann cautious for 2019

FEW new models have been announced in the new Bachmann catalogue for 2019, with diesel and electric modellers having to be content with one completely brand-new model in both ‘OO’ and ‘N’ gauge. Previously announced new models delayed by a recent factory move will appear in 2019 starting with the ‘OO’ gauge Class 90 in the first quarter of the year. The new factory in Gaobu is now operational which should see ‘OO and ‘N’ models released steadily during the year, culminating with a clutch of ‘OO’ gauge multiple units in the fourth quarter, including retooled Class 158s and 159s; brand-new 2-HAP and Class 117 and Class 121 DMUs.
