Judge rules that LA teachers' strike can begin on Monday as negotiations continue

LOS ANGELES - A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge Thursday cleared the path for a Los Angeles teachers strike to start Monday.
Whether it does, however, will depend on negotiations that resume Friday and could stretch into the weekend.
