The strange new Lindsey Graham

Have you heard? The White House has a new chief spokesperson. No, it's not Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, nor Communications Director Bill Shine. More and more, the chief spokesperson for and chief defender of President Trump is none other than Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC).

In fact, as I travel around the country -- as I did last week to Miami, San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York -- the question I'm most often asked is: "Whatever happened to Lindsey Graham?"
