    Gaz is Blackpool born and bred but he’s often mistaken for a Manc; he puts this down to spending too much time in the Kippax end of Manchester City’s original home ground. He was one of the acolytes of the ’79 Mod revival, his older mates taking him to youth clubs and the like, brain washing him with 2-Tone and The Jam etc. but being of tender years it needed much subterfuge (lying) to parents to be able to get out to gigs of the current live bands.
