    3 (3, 3, 4) balls Twilleys Freedom Gorgeous DK 50g Main Colour (A)

    1 (1, 2, 2) balls Contrast Colour (B)

    6 buttons

    Needles

    3.25mm knitting needles

    4mm knitting needles

    Tension

    22 stitches by 28 rows to 10cm over st st using 4mm needles.

    MEASUREMENTS

    BACK

    Using 3.25mm needles and A, cast on 62 (70, 74, 82) sts. Row 1: RS - K2, * P2, K2, rep from * to end.

    Row 2: P2, * K2, P2, rep from * to end.

    These 2 rows form rib.

    Work in rib for a further 12 rows, inc (dec, inc, dec) 1 st at end of last row and end with a ws row. 63 (69, 75, 81) sts. Change to 4mm needles. Starting with a K row, work in striped st st
