Just like its predecessor, the Corsa II boasts just 6% tread pattern coverage. And thanks to some very smart people wearing (presumably) crease-free white lab suits, the new tread designs’ proven to increases water dispersion rates, improves even tyre wear and allows for enhanced grip levels.

MULTI COMPOUND

For the first time ever, Pirelli’s opted to go down the multiple compound route with three zones (two compounds) on the front tyre and five zones (three compounds) on the rear. The idea behind this is to max both durability (centre line – 100% silica) and high grip levels (tyre edges – 100% carbon black) where it’s needed most.

STIFFER STRUCTURED
