Tea school for cafés

Compared to what a barista does to make a latte, brewing tea is extremely simple: it’s water and tealeaves. There’s no need to worry about pressure, or steaming milk, or latte art, and there’s no certified training or expensive equipment required. The complicated part comes from the variations on what makes an optimum brew and fitting tea brewing into a busy coffee-making routine.
