Another coffee year

Coffee years are odd things. Midway through the year we start seeing crop 2017/18 in bags, a sign that another season is on its way. Then before you know it, December is breathing down our necks. For roasters and cafés, it gets frenetic with Christmas business and deadlines. Even though we still have containers arriving right up to Christmas Eve, it’s a chance to draw a breath and see what’s been learnt from the past year.
