Northern Powerhouse

When it comes to the Vespa street racer there is only so much you can do to modify it. While the engine has plenty of scope to improve performance the frame does not. Due to its one-piece design, there are limitations to what can actually be done to alter it. For years we have seen frames cut down or pieces removed but nothing that removes it much from the original shape.
