There’s a lot of talk about organic and biodynamic viticulture on the grapevine at the moment. As people have become more conscious of eating organically and knowing exactly where their food is coming from, it’s understandable they want to drink more naturally and become familiar with the journey from grape to glass.

The term “organic” is one most people are familiar with, but “biodynamic” is less well known and a concept that can be bit harder to grasp.
