• 10 x 20cm (4 x 8in) rust brown felt (apron)

• Scrap of denim blue felt (bird’s wing)

• DMC Perlé No 8 Cotton in Black (310) and Very Dark Coffee Brown (898)

• Embroidery needle

• 25cm (10in) of 10mm ( 3/8in) wide light red ricrac

• Jo Sonja’s Artists’ Colours in Skin Tone Base (body)

• Plaid Folk Art Paint in Nutmeg (hair and shoes)

• Jo Sonja’s Satin Acrylic Varnish

• Small flat paintbrush

• Sprig of faux burgundy berries

• Pine timber 6cm high x 3cm wide x 1cm thick (2 3/8 x 1 1/4 x 3/8in) (birdhouse) – see Note
