I GOT SPIKES

In Southend, England, the police deployed road spikes – you know, those scissor-like extendable tyre-puncturing things – against motorcyclists taking part in a local gathering. One officer actually threw one of these weapons directly in front of a rider on a Suzuki. Fortunately the rider managed to evade the spikes, but they were left on the road in front of other bikes. Postings on Facebook have since accused
