    Indra Nooyi of PepsiCo has announced that she is stepping aside as CEO after some 12 years at the helm.

    Nooyi plans to stay on as chairman until early 2019. The company's board announced Monday that it Ramon Laguarta, president of the company since 2017, to succeed her as CEO. PepsiCo prides itself on tapping its leadership from within
