Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says he'll bring President Donald Trump's next Supreme Court nominee to the floor before the November election. There's nothing Democrats can do to prevent that, and by themselves they don't have the numbers to block confirmation. On a party-line vote, assuming Sen.
