A San Diego federal judge has given the Trump administration a tight timeline to reunite children separated from their parents at the border, setting up another showdown in immigration policy.
WHAT DID THE JUDGE RULE?
U.S. District Judge Dana Sabraw issued a preliminary injunction Tuesday that calls for all children affected by the Trump administration's "zero-tolerance" immigration policy to be reunited with their parents within 30 days.
Under the order, children younger than 5 must be reunited with their parents within 14 days, while older children must be reunited with their parents within 30 days. Within 10 days, federal authorities
