CHICAGO - A Chicago Fire Department diver died and two other divers were injured during a rescue attempt on the Chicago River Monday evening, officials said.
Juan J. Bucio, 46, was pronounced dead at Stroger Hospital at 10:02 p.m. He became separated from his partner while trying to rescue someone from the Chicago River near where it crosses Ashland Avenue on Monday
