Hoboken Mayor Doing It His Way: Orders 'Gender Neutral' Bathrooms

Hoboken Mayor Ravinder S. Bhalla is issuing an executive order to make all city-owned single occupancy restrooms gender neutral.

The city of Hoboken, N.J. — just over the bridge from Manhattan's skyline — now joins a growing list of American cities passing bills making public bathrooms "gender neutral."
