1. A commitment to fairness.

2. An eye for error.

3. A subtle understanding of word choice, pacing and tone.

4. A wide-ranging mind.

5. Confidence softened by humility.

6. The ability to appreciate what I do best, while also nudging me to grow stronger at the weak spots.
