David Haugh: Porter Moser brings Loyola to brink of 'basketball immortality'

ATLANTA - For a brief moment Friday, Loyola coach Porter Moser permitted his mind to wander to a place he has marked off limits for his players' thoughts.

"We haven't sat there and said, 'You guys, this is for the Final Four!' which sounds crazy, doesn't it?" Moser said outside the Loyola locker room. "I mean, it sounds really cool. But I haven't said that to the guys."
