    A country that most Americans don't think a lot about is Norway, except if you watch the Winter Olympics and you are watching cross-country skiing. But the fact is that Norway, a country whose population is about 1/60th of the United States' but with a lot more reindeer, has won more Winter Olympics medals than the U.S. -
