QUICK METERING FIXES

Source: 1 Underexposed Scenes or subjects that are bright overall can cause the camera to underexpose the image, especially when you’re shooting in low light.

BRIGHT SCENE

2 Increase the exposure The answer here is to use exposure compensation: you need the indicator to move towards the ‘+’ end of the scale.

3 Corrected The histogram should shift to the right (bright) side of the graph. Start with small increments and take test shots to check.
