David Haugh: Leadership arrived Tuesday at Halas Hall in Matt Nagy

Of all the things Matt Nagy said Tuesday at his introductory news conference, the new Bears coach revealed more by what he didn't say.

Nagy didn't say anything unbelievable.

He never promised anything in terms of offensive or defensive schemes, staff hires, NFC North victories or Super Bowl titles. He never pandered to the Grabowskis out there starving for success or the McCaskeys trying desperately to find it, never sounded stilted or scripted, never guaranteed anything except that he would be himself.

So what can the Bears count on from the former realtor convinced he found his NFL dream home?
