Which long zoom?

Q My passions in photography are wildlife and birds. Which 100-400mm zoom lens should I get for easier handheld shots?

A DON, you added in your email that you own a Canon 7D Mark II and use a Sigma 150 - 600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Sport lens, which you find difficult to hand-hold. You’re looking to supplement it with either the Canon EF 100-400 f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM or the Sigma 100-400mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Contemporary.

This is a tough choice, and there is no absolute answer, just a few things for you to take into account when you weigh up the final decision.
