    Donald Trump is not my president

    Americans have responded in different ways to Donald Trump's response to the violence in Charlottesville, Virginia, last weekend, in which he basically said there's no difference between neo-Nazis and civil rights activists. There are very good people on both sides, says Trump.

    To which some have reacted in shock, disbelief, sadness, outrage, and despair.

    Here's my response. I never said this about Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush, or George W. Bush. But, for the first time, I will now say
