For The First Time In 40 Years, The B-52s' Cindy Wilson Goes Solo

Cindy Wilson's debut solo album, <em>Change</em>, is due out sometime this fall.

First it was Fred Schneider, then Kate Pierson, and now Cindy Wilson. The solo careers of have been staggered, but notable markers offrom 1996 amplifies the kitsch for a criminally underrated and ridiculously fun record (Schneider actually just released the electro-pop wizzbang last month). , released in 2015, saw Pierson team up with and guitarist Nick Valensi for pop songs that were like cheerleaders for your life.
