Andrea Constand has said Bill Cosby drugged and assaulted her in 2004 while she was working for Temple University's women's basketball team. On Tuesday, in a Pennsylvania courtroom, she told her story publicly for the first time.
"In my head, I was trying to get my hands to move or my legs to move, but. "I wasn't able to fight in any way. ... I wanted it to stop."
