Victims Of Manchester Bombing Include 8-Year-Old, 18-Year-Old

Authorities say at least 22 victims died in the attack at an Ariana Grande concert. Three of them have been named so far: an 8-year-old girl, an 18-year-old college student and a man in his late 20s.
