About this series
Princess Alexandra has been kidnapped, by mistake. Sir Harold, Lord Marshall of the Kingdom of Lasdrah's Knights of the Broken Table, chases after her to Seven Spires, a kingdom hidden behind the heights of implacable mountains.
The timing couldn't be worse. The Astrin Empire with their steam powered trains, and the Gammon Empire with their dirigibles, are invading the last of the western kingdoms and Seven Spires is right in their path.
That's the last thing Sir Harold needs, then again, he's no longer the only knight of the Order. He has a steam powered dragon as an ally, who has her own agenda. Oh, and the Changeling Knight he's left in command has knighted voraciously hungry creatures out of the Forbidden, and rides to aid their kingdom's now being invaded newest ally… Who doesn't quite know what to make of their reinforcements.
What else could go wrong? A lot, apparently. Welcome to Knight's Blood, the third book of Knights Tower.
