However, Ash notices an unusual birthmark on Finn Wesley, the only son of Lirah and Kirk, which can only mean that the legacy Ash left behind has not only been continued, but also, inexplicably modified.


    During their time in Dogwood, Ash will reveal his reasons for running. Lirah and her husband Kirk will rediscover each other. Their children will use their gifts to find their way home.     Suzanne Hendricks holds a B.S.Ed. degree in Secondary Math Education from the University of Georgia and an M.Ed in Educational Leadership from Valdosta State University. She has worked in education for many years and is currently teaching high school mathematics. She and her husband, Eric, have been married for nearly three decades and are parents to three adult children. On their farm in middle Georgia, they strive to protect pollinators, such as bees, by routinely planting vegetable gardens. They also raise goats that keep the poison ivy at bay. Suzanne enjoys writing about her life and experiences in rural Georgia and shares these on social media. Garden of Ash is her debut novel.
