Time Is Series

The Temporal Correlation Vector Transport Device is now fully functional. As Scott and Don admire their creation they realize the possibilities and possible consequences. Scott is convinced that their is no difficulty because time is linear and everything is set in place. If they will go back in time they already have. If they change something in history they already have. Don is not so sure but has no argument to back him up. With nothing to lose they begin a series of adventures through time visiting famous times and people. Living as they did and exploring day to day what different periods were like. Not all goes according to plan as their first trips involve the burning down of the first Globe Theater and the distruction of part of the sphynx. But with care they expand their journeys going to see Lepetomain in France, they get kicked out by the way. They meet Ben Franklin and Abraham Lincoln, one at a bordello, guess which one. They spend a week with a young Abe Lincoln and become friends with the residents of New Salem. Scott as the primary inventor takes trips upon trips sometimes going on three at once. His final trip takes him to Rome as an old man and when he is trapped with Pliny at Mt Versuvias it takes it's tole on them both. Now it is up to Don to carry on with his new friend Honey Deau. Don is depressed due to the loss of his friend but this is a time travel novel so their is a good chance he'll see him again on one of his and Honey's trips. This novel was researched thouroly to present a tale that has the feeling of times past. With humor, insight and exciting characters it's a warm and wonderful novel.

Don and Honey are off on an adventure to the Middle Ages. While traveling they meet Constance, the Duchess of Brittaney. Honey presents her with a broach that will show up as an important artifact years from now. Together they become masters in the Guild of Jewelers which becomes the springboard for the Guild of Travelers they start in the future. After hearing so often about monseur Pujol she wants to see him for herself. She decides to go with Don dressed as a man. At the Moulin Rouge they see more then just Pujol but many of the acts that were presented. Jugglers, Opera singers, tight rope walkers, etc.. All are described for your enjoyment. Later they go on a rescue mission to bring Scott home. He wasn't killed in the volcano after all and was saved by Pliny's captain. The rescue mission is ON. What happens once Scott is rescued and how he adopts a son and eventually gets married is all inside. There is a marvelous trip to the worlds fair where you get to meet a young Harry Houdini, and things get a little confused when Scott from the past comes through and wants a party before heading off to his ultimate demise in Rome. It's the same trip they rescue him from, Honey and Don want to tell him but that might change things so with a heavy heart they through the biggest blow out party they can. Before Scott heads out though he helps them discover a burnt out village on their property. What becomes of that will be found in later books.  

Book Three of the Time Is series. Scott says that time is locked, that it can't be changed by anything they do. Time and again that theory has been proven correct. But have they tried to consiously change things? It is Francis the youngest and newest member who challenges this belief. They must now go back and change something deliberately in order to discover the truth. Discover what happens when the Guild of Travelers delibreratly tries to change history. Do they leave things as they find them or go back and set things straight..With a new truth realized the guild of travelers must rethink current rules and adapt new ones. Join them as they visit Cleopatera, Attend a circus under the Big Top and just barely manage to survive when the Circus Tent catches fire! Seeking to find purpose for their time traveling exploits they decide to visit in corpus the seven wonders of the ancient world. Join them as they delve into the secrets of the past.

The original group of the Guild of Travelers is passing the torch to the next generation. With new blood comes new ideas and the guild takes on new challenges. From going back in time the next generation want to spread out and see more then their predecessors.  A visit to Mars when it was populated is their first trip. The results are surprising as they discover how this planet was populated. A look in on cave people would have gone off without a hitch except the translator is a little off. With each trip comes new adventures and new discoveries. They get bored and want to visit a blow out party and agree the Field of Cloth and Gold is the biggest party they can find. Luckily Don has an in with the King of France to get them in. Don and his friend go on a rescue mission, first to rescue his son and then to rescue the sons of the King of France, Francis the first. Join our friends as they travel and party through  history and beyond!  

Time Is Lost - The Guild of Travelers is off again on their adventures through time. Don sets up a visit to The Lighthouse of Alexandria, Mars and the beginning of Humans are revisited.Lon decides to introduce his friend to the Time Machine. When they get lost and cant be located it's all hands on deck and boots on the ground to try and retrieve them. New trips and revisiting old friends make for plenty of adventures. Danger is just around the corner when everyone disperses on trips in time and space only to have Fred the time machine destroyed by a bolt of lightning! It's up to Donald and Zeke to try and rebuild it and bring everyone home. A difficult task since the Log Books and all of the instructions they have labored over are also destroyed. How will they get everybody back? Open the cover and begin read.

The idea of time travel has been around forever. A long time ago Scott Lemuel and Don Skelton decided to create a time machine or as Scott called it a Temporal Correlation Vector Transport Device. With this they traveled through time and space exploring, experiencing and eating. As more people joined them a Guild of Travelers was formed. Now they could use their knowledge and discoveries to correct the History books. Don has been leading it for a long time now and has held the Guild to his vision. For sometime the Guild has been losing it's energy and vision. Don has realized it's time to let go and let the younger team take over. With new blood comes new ideas and a new direction. Now the past present and future are open to discovery. The way is also open to an exploration of other planets. That is if they can find the time. When traveling to 4044 they discover the earth is in dire need of assistance. The two Guilds team up to do what they do best. What they do and what they find is all inside this latest book of the Time Is series. Oh, there is now a prank war going on with the Guild of Travelers from 2622. This should prove interesting.  

Here is the final book of the time is series. The Guild of Travelers, past, present, and future are going on some of their most exciting trips. Take a trip to the San Francisco Earthquake and experience what it was like. After which they attempt to assist in the rescue effort bringing food and comfort. Lana and Zeke are pregnant, and the time trips are taking an unexpected toll. The Guild of 2622 is in dire straights when they experience disastrous effects from 300 years in time lock. It's up to their newest member Doc Warner to come to their aid.  Oh, the earth is in danger of elimination from an enormous meteor and it is up to all the guilds to rescue the Earth or at least the people of the Earth.
