About this series
You can learn to talk, listen to and understand Jesus' voice just as you learned to understand your parents' voice. Wouldn't it be strange if the Creator of everything couldn't talk? Or couldn't hear? Thankfully, the Lord is neither deaf nor dumb and wants to talk with us! In fact -as most parents do- He can hardly wait until we are able to chat with Him. Find out how to in Talk With Jesus!
But, maybe you feel you are too old and is too late to learn to talk with the Lord! Find out how Moses started to learn to hear and talk with God when he was 80 years old. Thankfully, you neither have to be 80 years old nor a 'Hebrew' prince of Egypt in exile –as Moses was- for God to talk with you. He loves us and is eager to chat and communicate with each one of us.
Talking with the Lord –what some call prayer- is not some kind of boring dutiful ceremony. It isn't even something we do only when we need something from Him. If there is someone you love and trust and with whom you like to share your innermost thoughts and longings, your dreams and questions- you will understand what talking with Jesus could be like... and believe me, there is no one in this whole wide universe that is as loving, fun, wise, concerned, knowledgeable and helpful friend as Jesus is.
When He was on earth, He was willing to talk with anyone who wanted to talk with Him... good or bad, rich or poor, friends or foes. When people asked Him questions He answered them. And if they were looking for help, He helped them.
He has not changed since then. In fact, now, He is more wonderfully able to talk with each one of us, personally, intimately and lovingly in the quietness of our hearts and minds.
The Lord knows us, sees us, hears us, talks to us... He wishes we could also talk with Him and hear when He answers us. If you want to do this, He will help you. To do that -for Him- is not that difficult!

The book tackles the difference between grace and promised rewards for good deeds. It discusses the Saved and the Blessed and how both will receive eternal life, the former in Heaven and the latter in the future New Earth. The Blessed includes the Meek, the Merciful and others mentioned in the gospels. Specifically, the book points to the words of Jesus that state that the Saved (meaning sinners that believe Jesus is the Savior) are forgiven their sins, accepted in Heaven as the children of God and receive eternal life, which are in a different category from the Blessed that are rewarded for certain good deeds done in this life. The latter receive eternal life to be lived in the future New Earth, as a reward. Therefore and according to Jesus' Words, God's plan is to bless eternally not only the Saved believers but as many as possible included the broad category mentioned above, the Blessed, which as mentioned, includes the Meek, who Jesus said will inherit the (New) Earth, the Merciful, the Peacemakers, those who helped even the least of His brethren and many others. "For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved." (John 3: 17). 'Jesus Indeed' discusses that as salvation is a gift received entirely by God's grace and mercy towards sinners that believe Jesus is the Savior, even 'mere' believers will be saved. However, it brings out the exceeding additional blessings disciples and followers will receive as they have engaged in preaching the gospel to every creature. The author -during the last decades of his earthly life- neither belonged to, nor was associated with any Christian organization, denomination, nor tried to defend this or that school of theology in his writings. Instead he confessed to be in love with and eternally indebted to Jesus, whose words have saved him.
- Jesus On Spirituality: Jesus and Gospels
Jesus said referring to Spirituality, "… Verily I say unto you, Except you be converted, and become as little children, you shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven" (Matthew 18: 3 and 4). Thus, spirituality and being as one of the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven couldn't be as difficult as it is generally assumed. 'Jesus On Spirituality' is Joseph Torie's latest title of the series 'Jesus'. It discusses spirituality based exclusively on the words of Jesus and His life. He also told one of His disciples, "… I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes unto the Father, but by me" (John 14: 6). Jesus is the way to God, the Father, first through receiving forgiveness of all sins and becoming a child of God; then, as the way to communicate with God through Jesus. Referring to where to 'practice and live one's spirituality' -the gospel of John also states that a woman from Samaria asked Him-, "Our fathers (the Samaritans) worshipped in this mountain; and you (the Jews) say, that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship. Jesus said unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour comes, when you shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father … But the hour comes, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeks such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth" (excerpts of John 4: 20 to 24). Read this free ebook to know what else Jesus said about communicating with the Spirit of God and therefore about being spiritual. In addition, find out about a number of spiritual locations mentioned in the gospels and why some eternal, but some temporary. The eBook also discusses who will be saved (which will become the children of God and live with Him in Heaven) and who are the blessed, which will receive eternal time after the Final Judgment and receive the earth as their inheritance. Read also a comprehensive description of future events from now until Kingdom come, especially those related to the different resurrections. Read about all of the above and much more, in "Jesus On Spirituality".
